SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

AUTHOR GUIDELINES/INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS

Manuscripts are received with the understanding that they contain original data that are not previously published or are being considered for publication elsewhere. Authors are required to submit the manuscript either by filling-out the form at Submission Form or by submitting the said manuscript via email at tesol8international@gmail.com. For a manuscript with two or more authors, the corresponding author should be the one to fill out the form, or submit via our website, on behalf of his/her co-author's. In case of any queries or additional information, the author's may send an email to tesol8international@gmail.com/
get_researchjournal_admin@getinternational.org and address it to the editor-in-chief.

Author's must download and follow the sample manuscript found via this link:
Sample Manuscript

Author's must cite all funding sources or support for the publication of work or study being submitted, if any.

MAIN RESEARCH ARTICLE

ABSTRACT

All articles must include structured abstract of approximately 250 to 300 words and only include material appearing in the main body of the manuscript. It is composed of Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion.

KEYWORDS

A list of three to five keywords contained in the article must be listed below the abstract. They should contain the type of research such as systematic review, randomized clinical trial, cohort study, case-control study, laboratory research.

BODY OF THE MANUSCRIPT

The body of the manuscript must be organized into a format appropriate for the type of article using bold headings as listed in the following table:

• INTRODUCTION
• METHODS
• RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
• CONCLUSION
• ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (OPTIONAL)
• REFERENCES

INTRODUCTION

This should clearly state the purpose of the study and identify what issues are going to be addressed. This should contain the background, the gap in literature, research objectives, hypothesis if applicable, and significance of your study.

METHODS

All relevant attributes of the material forming the subject of the research should be provided. Experimental methodology should be concisely and appropriately explained.

Commercially produced materials, devices, software, etc. must be followed by name of manufacturer and location.

Statistical methods should be clearly specified for quantitative analysis.

Manuscripts reporting human studies should include evidence that study was ethically conducted in accordance with Declaration of Helsinki.

This section should include: research design, population and sampling including the exclusion and inclusion criteria, instrumentation, ethical consideration (Ethical Approval or Research Approval from Research Ethics Board or Agency is NEEDED/MANDATORY in all EXPERIMENTAL DESIGNS involving living subjects like animal, plants, humans, etc.), data collection, and treatment of data.

RESULTS

This section should succinctly state the results without any lengthy discussion or interpretation of individual data. Data should be presented using tables, illustrations, and graphs. Data in table or illustration form should be referenced in the text, not repeated (e.g. detailed information should not be given in text and tables). Statistical tests should be clearly defined, and statistical significance should be shown in both figures and tables with the help of superscripts such as a, b, c, rather than *, ¶, # or other nonsequential symbols. The discussion should focus on the new and important findings of the study. The observations should be related to other relevant studies in a logical sequence. It should summarize, but not repeat the Results.

FIGURES AND LEGENDS

Photographs must be in color, in focus, free of distracting artifacts and consistent in exposure. Place any required labels or arrows on images prior to uploading. Images must be at least 600 by 450 pixels (proportional height) in size when in landscape orientation with a resolution of at least 300 pixels per inch. Graphs should be approximately 500 pixels wide so that all labelling can be read with data points clearly visible. Substantially larger images must be avoided to prevent file transmission and electronic manuscript processing errors. Radiographs, drawings, and graphs can be in black and white, but color images are preferred. All images are to be placed in numerical order within the main manuscript and accompanied by a legend describing the content of the image.

TABLES

Tables are placed in numerical order within the manuscript. A legend is to accompany all tables and call outs are to be placed in the body of the text to indicate where the table is to be located in the article. The tables function in Microsoft Word is to be used to create data tables rather than using columns of tabbed information.

DISCUSSION

The Discussion should end with a summary of the data and conclusions. The conclusions should be linked with the aims and objectives of the study and should clearly state whether the objective was achieved. Limitations of the study should also be mentioned.

CONCLUSION

In academic writing, a well-crafted conclusion can provide the final word on the value of your analysis, research, or paper.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

Acknowledgment of the source of any funding for the research associated with the article should be listed here along with a statement that the research was approved by an appropriate human subject's research committee when appropriate. An additional acknowledgement of support provided by other individuals, organizations, institutions is left to the discretion of the author.

MANUFACTURER NAME (IF ANY)

Provide the name of manufacturer with its complete city and country name of all products used in research.

REFERENCES

References should list references in alphabetical order and should follow APA format 7th Edition.

PUBLICATION PROCESS

Upon receiving the article, the journal will acknowledge receipt by sending an email to the authors. It is crucial for the authors to download and follow the sample manuscript provided through the link: Sample Manuscript. Articles that do not adhere to the journal's format based on this sample will be returned to the authors.

For submissions that meet the required format, the formal review process will begin. The article will be reviewed by the assigned Associate Editor, undergo a plagiarism check, and be sent to two peer reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. The journal uses a double-blind review process, ensuring that both the authors and the reviewers remain anonymous. Authors must remove any identifying information, such as affiliations, from the manuscript to maintain anonymity.

The two peer reviewers are given two weeks to submit their reviews to the Editor-in-Chief (EIC). Once the reviews are available (with decisions such as "Publish without changes," "Accept with minor revisions," or "Accept with major revisions"), the EIC will forward them to the authors for appropriate action. The authors will then have two weeks to make the necessary revisions.

In cases of split decisions, where one reviewer recommends rejection while the other suggests publishing (either without changes or with revisions), a third peer reviewer will be assigned. The authors will be informed of the split decision before the journal conveys the final verdict.

After the authors submit their revisions, the Associate Editor, along with the Managing Editor and language reviewers, will have one week to review the changes and recommend to the EIC whether the article should be approved for publication or returned for further revisions. Once the article reaches the EIC, a final review and publication decision will be made within one week.
